We bought our RV, the Jayco Jay Series 1006. We love that this is such a lightweight RV trailer, we can tow it with our mini van. Although this is just a fold down, the layout is awesome. We love that it's roomier than most fold downs and we also love all the amenities that come with it. It also comes with a heated mattress and hot water heater. Since we live in Texas, I didn't think this would be a need of ours in an RV but I must admit, we have used it. We have owned only one other RV but I would rank our Jayco RV higher than our other. This is a great buy, and it will leave you satisfied.
